Executive Director - Oversees the day-to-day operation of the entire caucus and PAC. Coordinates the human, political, and financial capital necessary to accomplish Pragmatist Caucus goals. Drafts plans of action and delegates action items for the caucus. Heads up the leadership team for the entire caucus. Reports directly to the Pragmatist Caucus Board of Directors.
Deputy Executive Director* - Works with the Executive Director to oversee the operation of the caucus. Directly supervises two or three of the five caucus divisions. Reports directly to the Executive Director.
Political Director - Reports directly to the Executive Director. Oversees the operations of the entire Political Division and largely crafts the strategy for the entire caucus.
Policy Director - Reports to the Political Director. Sets up a monthly town hall on policies matters and assists elected Libertarians with crafting policy positions.
LNC Lobbyist/Coordinator Director* - Reports to the Political Director. Reviews all LNC meeting agenda items and alerts the entire leadership team. Attends the LNC meeting and takes notes of important motions. Works to lobby LNC members and coordinates with pragmatist caucus members who are on the LNC. Following LNC meetings, sends out information to the leadership team about any important information to share.
Candidate Support Director* - Reports to the Political Director. Coordinates a monthly town-hall or training for the benefit of libertarians and caucus members. Reviews and maintains caucus "practical guides" to running for office and writing a campaign plan.
Field Director - Reports directly to the Executive Director. Oversees the operations of the entire Field Division and largely crafts the "people strategy" for the entire caucus. Runs the caucus "ground game."
Volunteer Director - Reports to the Field Director. Responsible for recruiting and training volunteers for the LPCaucus. Creates guides and other useful walk-throughs so volunteers know what to do.
Membership Director* - Reports to the Field Director. Responsible for engaging with members to create a caucus that knows how to say "welcome." Calls, emails, and/or meets with any new members or sign-ups and finds out what they are looking for from the caucus. Redirects the new member to the appropriate person if interested in volunteering, donating, or running for office. Is also responsible for maintaining member relationships.
Outreach Director* - Reports to the Field Director. Responsible for coordinating external events the caucus should table or speak at. Most importantly is outreach at the Libertarian National Convention every two years as well as LP state conventions wherever possible. Connects with other liberty minded organizations to table for the caucus and create relationships with other members of the Liberty Movement.
IT Director - Reports directly to the Executive Director. Oversees all of the technological assets of the caucus, including the domain, website, payment processor, CRM, GSuite, and any other technology resources.
Database/CRM Director* - Reports to the IT Director. Responsible for maintaining the Nationbuilder CRM. Can produce call sheets and other reports based on the CRM at the request of any leadership team members.
Communications Director - Reports directly to the Executive Director. Oversees the operations of the entire Communications Division and largely crafts the messaging for the entire caucus.
Social Media Director - Reports to the Communications Director. Responsible for maintaining the caucus social media assets. Leads a team of social media posters and ensures high-quality consistent content is posted.
Editor-in-Chief Director* - Chief copywriter for the caucus; responsible for writing drafts of emails, posts to the "news" section of the website, and any other important "copy."
Public Relations Director* - Reports to the Communications Director. Responsible for answering media inquiries and taking interviews with national media. Must have experience with on-camera interviews. Must be able to quickly draft Press Releases and Media Advisories.
Graphic Design Director* - Reports to the Communications Division Director. Responsible for coordinating and curating the caucus' graphics and video content. Produces high-quality, high-resolution content for the website, social media, and print media.
Development Director - Reports directly to the Executive Director. Oversees the operations of the entire Development Division and creates the fundraising and donor relationship plan for the caucus.
