You are invited to attend the Libertarian Pragmatist Caucus Special Business Convention. This Convention was called by the Board of Directors unanimously on December 15, 2019 to consider the below Bylaws Amendment Proposals. The rationale from the Board for this special convention is the compressed schedule to consider Bylaws Amendment proposals at our biennial membership meeting. Thus, we wanted to get these 5 proposals before the membership prior to the biennial membership meeting so there would be fewer Bylaws Amendment Proposals to consider at this important, in-person meeting. Note: You must be a dues-paying member (at least $25 donated cumulatively on or after February 16, 2019) in order to vote in this Special Convention.
From the floor of the Special Convention, only these 5 Bylaws Amendment Proposals may be considered. Amendments to these proposals, germane to the original proposal, are in order also. However, no additional Bylaws Amendment Proposals may be considered, nor other business.
Thank you for your membership in the Libertarian Pragmatist Caucus. This caucus would not exist without your contributions as a leader, activist, and volunteer in your local and state Libertarian Parties. Together, we are building a better Libertarian Party - one that is positive, sustainable, and elects Libertarians to partisan public office.
